St Leonards is situated 5 minutes from central Blenheim, 3 minutes from Woodbourne airport (pick up and delivery if required) and only 20 minutes from the Wellington/Picton inter-island ferry.
St Leonards is in the heart of the wine growing area of the Cloudy Bay district. Dine at one of the many local vineyards or restaurants and sample the wines which have made Marlborough world famous.
Within close proximity are many walks, fine golf courses, and the beauty and peace of the Marlborough Sounds, renowned for boating and fishing.

"The Woolshed",  completely rebuilt using many recycled materials, features a large living/dining room lined in larch along with a wonderful open fire. Sleeps up to five people in two double bedrooms (one queen-sized bed, two singles and a divan).
North-facing deck area with BBQ. Spacious rooms, fully self-contained with lots of character.
Views over the vineyards to the Richmond Ranges and the last of the
setting sun.
Suitable for Families, Children welcome.

"The Stables" is set in the 5 acre grounds of the old St Leonards homestead, circa 1884. The setting is rural and private, with century old walnut, gum and elm trees. Recently converted, "The Stables" is sited away from our home. It is fully self-contained with a small kitchen, and its own patio, garden and BBQ area. A pot-belly stove provides winter warmth. It is private and romantic!
"The Stables" overlooks the lemon grove to the distant Wither Hills. Stroll through the adjoining vineyard and lemon grove, or enjoy a game of tennis, croquet or petanque.

Also available is a cosy, self-contained annexe, with its own bathroom and kitchen facilities. In the homestead we are able to offer you an attractive double bedroom.

Jeanette and Steve Parker welcome you to St Leonards.
